Planning Page Gets a Makeover

It also has different tabbed pages for each year to keep things nicely organised. The biggest change, however, is not obvious at first glance. Instead of being entered by hand, planning application details&nbsp; are now extracted directly from Aberdeenshire Council's planning database by some fiendishly clever software written by Stephen Hall, so the list of applications will remain up to date without any human intervention.</p>
